Wednesday - Dynamic Pilates Fusion with Toning Balls
We start with a dynamic cardio warm-up in a standing position and then strengthen your upper body with the Toning Balls. Strengthen and sculpt as you find balance.

Thursday - Pilates Sculpt with Yoga Blocks
Refine your balance with yoga blocks and seamlessly connect movements you've already learned. Achieve harmony while challenging your body and mind in this sculpting session.

Friday - Stretch & Release Pilates Flow
