The Fiè allo Sciliar-based hotel consists of several buildings: the main complex, the historic tower from 1220, the Kraiterhaus (Kraiter house) with its round tower, the Torre del Gufo, the Wagenhaus (House of Wheels) the smaller tower in the garden, and the Torre del Falco, the latter located next to the historic tower. Additionally, the 13th century Grottner farm, reserved for those looking for something special, with two suites, a garden with vineyard, where the 4 hotel wines are grown and produced, and two dining rooms.
Buildings full of light and art: the Turm is a veritable museum. More than 2000 works of art - oil paintings, watercolours, and lithographs - collected over the years, some by famous artists such as Picasso, Paul Klee, De Chirico, Kokoschka, Guttuso, etc. In 2005, an art gallery, where every month, an artist is chosen to exhibit their works was also added.
The flagships of the hotel are its restaurant, where the cuisine is personally overseen by the owner, award winning chef Stefan Pramstrahler, and the wine cellar and wellness areas, a one of a kind.
The hotel also has a relaxing bar, the Oswald von Wolkenstein Bar, where you can enjoy a good glass of champagne or a cocktail accompanied, in the background, by piano notes, while in the afternoon you can enjoy coffee, other drinks, and homemade desserts (the apple strudel is excellent).
In May 2018 the hotel, after several months of closure for renovation, has reopened with several innovations: mystic sauna of the fire guard with steam and panoramic views, new gym with Technogym fitness equipment with panoramic view and rock climbing wall natural over 9 meters, new fireplace room near the bar, new double rooms and suites in the historic tower.

The Torre Restaurant of the Romantik Hotel Turm is a starred restaurant chosen among the five best hotel restaurants in Italy. Creative, genuine, and quality cuisine capable of satisfying the most refined palates. Dishes are served in the romantic tables in the rose garden with panoramic view or in the Stube. High quality Italian and local wines kept in the cellar carved into the rock, where wine and liqueur tastings are organized. It’s also possible to take part in cooking classes with the chef to learn about traditional South Tyrolean recipes.
At the Grottner farm four wines are produced, Pinot Bianco Pica, Tetrix aromatic Traminer, Sauvignon Buno, and Pinot Nero Corax aged in barriques, which can be tasted, requested for dinner, or purchased to enrich one's own cellar. The hotel is part of the Vinum Hotels of South Tyrol.

The magnificent 18-hole golf course St. Vigil Seis at the foot of the Sciliar, of which the hotel is a partner, is located right in the heart of the Dolomites, 5 minutes from the hotel.
