Fuciade Hut at the San Pellegrino Pass

  1. Luxury lifestyle
  2. Fuciade Hut at the San Pellegrino Pass

A few kilometres from the San Pellegrino Pass, in the Fuciade basin, we find the Fuciade Hut owned by the Rossi family. An old barn transformed into a hut which, thanks to the owners' passion for cooking and warm hospitality, has won over both mountain lovers and connoisseurs of good food.

Surrounded by the Costabella chain and with a breathtaking view of the Pale di San Martino and Col Margherita, it is the perfect destination for all kinds of excursions, from easy to more challenging.

Exclusivity and comfort distinguish it. The warmth of the wood, the ancient stube and the owners' expert collection of works of art will enchant you at first glance: here you will feel as if you are entering another world, where antiquity blends with modernity to offer guests an unforgettable holiday.

The hut offers the possibility to stay in its cosy rooms that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Furnished in wood, each room is different from the other. Some also have a whirlpool bath. In the morning, let yourself be tempted by the scent of the cakes prepared every day in the pastry shop!

Sublime culinary experiences at high altitude with wine tasting

Chef Martino will surprise you with his culinary creations, where the Trentino tradition meets the Mediterranean. The dishes are based on local and 0 km products personally selected by the chef. For those with a sweet tooth, the pastry workshop bakes delicious breads and cakes every day.

The gourmet experience continues in the chalet's wine cellar, carved into the rock, which has more than 600 labels of Trentino, South Tyrol, Italian and foreign wines. Detailed research is aimed at lesser-known local producers. The tasting menus offer the highest expression of Fuciade cuisine combined with the best local wines.
