The Torre Restaurant of the Romantik Hotel Turm is a starred restaurant chosen among the five best hotel restaurants in Italy. Creative, genuine, and quality cuisine capable of satisfying the most refined palates. Dishes are served in the romantic tables in the rose garden with panoramic view or in the Stube. High quality Italian and local wines kept in the cellar carved into the rock, where wine and liqueur tastings are organized. It’s also possible to take part in cooking classes with the chef to learn about traditional South Tyrolean recipes. 
At the Grottner farm four wines are produced, Pinot Bianco Pica, Tetrix aromatic Traminer, Sauvignon Buno, and Pinot Nero Corax aged in barriques, which can be tasted, requested for dinner, or purchased to enrich one's own cellar. The hotel is part of the Vinum Hotels of South Tyrol. 
A new fireplace room was built near the bar, used for the launch, cocktail hour, or to enjoy a dessert or have a drink with company. Special gluten-free and lactose-free menus and any other restricted diet options are available. 

An ideal destination for golfers. The magnificent 18-hole golf course St. Vigil Seis at the foot of the Sciliar, of which the hotel is a partner, is located right in the heart of the Dolomites, 5 minutes from the hotel. A particularly fascinating and well-maintained golf course, on which it is possible to play from April to November. The hotel offers daily private lessons and courses and weekly courses for beginners to learn their handicap, and specific offers for golfers.

For a wedding banquet, Hotel Turm offers the Grottner farm, with room for up to 60 guests, in its two dining rooms, an outdoor courtyard for appetizers, and cellar for a dessert buffet. Alternatively, the Presule Castle is the perfect place for a wedding in grand style, with restaurant service organized by Turm, overseen by chef Stefan Pramstrahler. For complete and tailored service, the Turm staff arranges everything for the entire event, as well as the catering. Special offers are available for just-married couples on their honeymoon and bridal suite.
