Fam. MoserSEELEITEN Lake Spa Hotel is a five-star hotel located in Kaltern near the lake of the same name, just a few kilometres from Bolzano. It's a real haven of well-being with the new Adult-only spa with an indoor-outdoor infinity pool (approx. 32°), underwater loungers, and massage jets, where you can relax your body and mind. Families can also recharge their batteries in a spa wholly dedicated to them.
Lake Kaltern is a body of water with a Mediterranean climate, surrounded by gentle vineyards and spectacular mountains, which attracts water sports enthusiasts. Hotel Seeleiten boasts two exclusive lake access points, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful lake house with its private beach and lawn, and pedalo, rowing boat, SUP and bike rental. Surfing is possible due to the often favourable wind conditions. Kaltern and the surrounding area are perfect for exciting hikes or mountain bike tours, challenging games of golf or tennis, and relaxing swims in the lake, where the temperature reaches 28° during the summer.

In addition to weekly wine tastings with host and sommelier Franz Moser in the stone cellar, the hotel also offers tastings and tours of its own wine cellar and brewery.
Water is an essential element for well-being at the hotel in Kaltern. Here it can be found in the natural pool in the salt cave park, heated from April to the end of October, in the indoor children's pool, the indoor and outdoor infinity pool, the outdoor whirlpool tub, Kneipp path, and steam baths.
There are over 3,600 square metres of wellness which also include: a new raft sauna on the lake (from November to January), an adult-only sauna area with a Finnish panoramic sauna, Roman steam bath, bio sauna and three themed relaxation rooms, family saunas, wellness bar, gym and outdoor fitness area. Massages and treatments can be found in the Ninfea beauty area in the sunny building.
