Rising in Dobbiaco, HanserHof Belvedere Chalet is an exclusive farmhouse where art, architecture and nature merge in perfect harmony. Designed by the renowned architect Ettore Sottsass, this 500 sqm chalet on three levels—connected by a private lift—represents a rare synthesis of iconic design and contemporary comfort.

The residence features an impressive private collection of contemporary art and a fine wine cellar. Available from the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic period until the end of June, the chalet does not accept pets.

Set in one of the most enchanting locations in the Dolomites, Dobbiaco is a destination for all seasons. In winter, the family-friendly Rienza Skicenter lies just steps from the town centre—easily accessible on foot or by local bus. The village is part of the 3 Cime Dolomiti ski area, offering over 115 km of slopes and ski-express train connections to Plan de Corones and Cortina d’Ampezzo. Dobbiaco is also renowned for world-class cross-country skiing and romantic snowshoe hikes through snowy forests.

In summer, the landscape opens up to panoramic trails, via ferratas, e-bike tours and alpine lakes, making HanserHof Belvedere Chalet the perfect retreat for exploring the mountains in all their splendour.

With breathtaking panoramic views and an intimate, private atmosphere, the chalet offers five spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two with private balconies. One suite also includes a study and an elegant private sitting room. All rooms feature Wi-Fi connection.

Every space tells a story: from interiors enriched with contemporary artworks to the living area with a wood-burning fireplace, and the private SPA featuring a Turkish bath, whirlpool for six people and relaxation area.

Included in the stay, a resident couple – cook and butler – is at guests’ full disposal for daily breakfast, lunch and dinner preparation (shopping service included; food and drinks not included), table service, and housekeeping.

Exclusive experiences include private access to three mountain huts in the nearby forest – perfect for a picnic or moments of pure tranquility.

On request and for an additional fee, guests can enjoy tailored services such as airport transfers, excursions, sports activities, private tours, equipment rental, mountain guides, ski instructors, private chef, chauffeur, car rental, babysitter, massages, personal trainer, and access to the private cellar’s exclusive selection of Piedmontese wines.
