In our first Pilates session we will take the time to become aware of our body through classical Pilates exercises and learn the 6 basic principles (breathing, concentration, control, centering, flow and precision).

Tuesday - Energizing Pilates with the Magic Circle
The focus of this session is our Powerhouse. The Magic Circle helps us to activate our powerhouse more and also strengthens leg and gluteal muscles.

Wednesday - Power Pilates with Toning Balls
We start dynamically with a standing cardio warm up and strengthen our upper body with the toning balls.

Thursday - Balanced Pilates Sculpt
With the Yoga Blocks we train our balance and combine all the movements we have already learned.

Friday - Lengthen & Balance Pilates Flow with Facial Roller
By using this tool our deep muscles will be activated even better. Feel the length of your spine on the facial roller and release tension in your back.

Saturday - Feel Good Flow with the Pilates Ball
Enjoy a restorative morning flow, mobilizing and stretching your body with the Pilates ball. Find serenity as you let go and recover, leaving the session refreshed and renewed. Complete your retreat with a radiant glow.
