The Termesana wellness temple
A pioneering wellness oasis for a truly regenerating stay in the Sexten Dolomites. In the sulphate water-based wellness and health centre, a world of relaxation awaits you: pools for adults and children, sulphur grotto, treatment and massage booths, sulphate water bath for couples, Alpine spa suite, massage spa suite, Thai massage, outdoor whirlpool, saunas, Kneipp trail, relaxation area, solarium, fitness room and sunbathing area. For those who like to exercise daily, a different fitness programme is offered every day.
For romantic moments as a couple, treat yourselves to the Private Spa Chalet with the St. Valentin Panoramic Sauna and the Old Stube relaxation room, which can also be booked as an exclusive retreat for private events and special occasions.
A break for physical and mental regeneration
The Bad Moos Health and Wellness Centre is a real treat for body and mind with its 6.1° C sulphurous spring water from the Fischlein Valley. The water is a precious healing elixir, classified as highly mineralised: sulphate, fluoride, magnesium, lime with traces of iron and rich in hygienic properties. It can therefore be used for balneocosmetics and inhalation with numerous benefits.
This is how the Termesana method came about. The precious sulphate water spring is the pillar that underpins the Bad Moos wellness philosophy, which helps you to regenerate and relax through conversations with wellness experts, hydrobalneocosmetics and mineral mud, Feel Good Menus centred on light and genuine cuisine, the Energy, Sulfate & FisioSpa treatments and the "Move and Balance" activity programme. In the Energy treatments, glass bells are used, in addition to the practitioner's manual massage, to stimulate energy points and bring the body's energy back into balance.
The hotel also offers a medical spa with medical examinations for athletes, specific physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes.
Countless proposals for your stay in Sexten
The Sexten area offers a wealth of activities in every season for all those who love sport and being outdoors in the middle of nature and idyllic landscapes. Bad Moos is the ideal starting point for hiking, biking and climbing.
A nature guide is available at the hotel to teach guests the correct Nordic Walking technique, and mountain bikes, city bikes, and helmets can be hired free of charge. E-bikes are available for a fee.
A daily shuttle bus to the famous Three Peaks of Lavaredo is available exclusively for guests of Sexten in the summer.
Near the hotel is a riding school for all those who want to experience the thrill of horse riding. For golf lovers, the Pustertal Golf Club is 42 km away.
There is also a wide range of winter activities: skiing and cross-country skiing, tobogganing, horse-drawn carriage rides and snowshoeing.
Exploting the Dolomites on skis
Bad Moos is located in a privileged position directly on the slopes of the Three Peaks/3 Zinnen Dolomites ski resort: the Croda Rossa ski lifts are just a few minutes’ walk away, and thanks to the new connection with Monte Elmo, there are new slopes and cable cars for a total of 100 km of slopes. For those who love to ski to the extreme, there is the possibility of using the free "Ski Pustertal Express" transfer, the train that connects the Sexten Dolomites ski area with the Plan de Corones ski area every 30 minutes.

For those who prefer cross-country skiing, there is direct access to the Tre Cime cross-country skiing circuit with 200 km of slopes included in the Dolomiti Nordicski.
