For sun lovers, the establishment has a rooftop terrace with a whirlpool and sun loungers. In the indoor wellness area you will find a swimming pool with salt water, a whirlpool, a family sauna, and relaxation rooms. In the nudist area you will find a Finnish sauna and Turkish baths. At the Hotel Ansitz Plantitscherhof the day begins with a rich and varied breakfast buffet, then continues with a buffet of deserts and fruit in the afternoon, and ends with a five to seven course gourmet menu. The wine cellar is home to the smallest restaurant in Trentino Alto Adige. In a romantic, special, and unique atmosphere, a tasting menu is served, with accompanying wines, if desired.

The hotel’s history dates back to 1277, when it was first named in a document entitled "Weinberg in Planitz". The farm continues to be handed-down for generations until it becomes the property of Antonnie and Josef Gufler, the grandparents of today's owners. Since 1968, they have been offering vacation rentals. In 1978, under the direction of Hildegard and Hermann Gufler, the parents of the current owners, the farm is turned into a small lodge, which also offered breakfast. The establishment then grew, becoming a 4 star hotel inaugurated in 1996. In 2006, the current owners, Margit and Johannes Gufler, begin renovations and additions that transform the structure into its current status as a 4 star superior hotel. Despite its recent changes, the establishment has never lost its ancient charm, its historical core, or its many corners and spaces filled with history.
