Nora Lynn Rodiek is the founder, managing director and head of ‘tech care institute’, as well as a long-standing university lecturer and speaker in the fields of health and psychology. She is also a qualified psychological counsellor and personal coach.

The balance between strength and calmness - that is the goal of the yoga weeks with Petra. She attaches great importance to detailed instructions on how to perform the exercises in a healthy and correct way. Her loving and empathetic nature is above all.

During three weekly sessions of Hatha Yoga with heart, you can enjoy a unique combination of gentleness, emotional intelligence, precise instructions, yoga-philosophical knowledge and a touch of spirituality.

Elena De Martin met Ashtanga Yoga in the late 1990s. Since 2000, she has travelled to India every year to deepen her experience at the source of the tradition, meeting great Masters such as Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, his daughter Sarasvati and his grandson R. Sharath Jois. To broaden her knowledge more and more, she studied Sanskrit, Yoga Philosophy, the scriptures and their Chanting under M.A. Jayashree and M.A. Narasimhan. Parallel to the study of Ashtanga, she approached Vipassana Meditation in 2001, according to the teachings of Master S.N. Goenka.

Elena has been teaching in Milan since 2001, holds seminars in Italy and abroad and has obtained one of the highest recognitions from the 'Sri K.Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute' in Mysore, the Level 2 authorisation for the teaching of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
