During a bath in the forest, we will immerse ourselves, under the guidance of Monika Malfertheiner, with all our senses in its magical atmosphere. In the unspoilt forest surrounding the idyllic village of Fiè allo Sciliar, we will leave everyday life behind and get closer to a habitat to observe, listen, perceive, smell and taste. Through our senses we can establish a deep relationship with nature. The essential oils from the trees will strengthen our immune system, promote inner peace and bring us closer to a fresh, vital lifestyle.

WEDNESDAY
Recharge with the power of the forest and healthy brunch - The forest and healthy eating are a source of regeneration

Movement in the forest is not only adventurous and exciting, but also very healthy due to the essential smells of the trees, which are good for your health and especially for your bronchial tubes.

Divided into two groups (walking and jogging) you will walk from the centre of Tires on a high trail through the forest to the "Ansitz".

through the forest to the "Ansitz Velseck". Egon Zuggal and Rudi Brunner show you how you can benefit from the energy of the forest. During the brunch with healthy and regional food you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Rosengarten before returning to the village.

Invigorating workout in the Laranza forest - simple exercises with your own body

During this experience the forest of Laranza becomes a natural gymnasium, fulfilling the wishes of every nature lover: fresh air, views of the Dolomites and a truly majestic view from the King's View.

Various fitness exercises and simple balance exercises on uneven ground are performed using the weight of one's own body. The workout is rounded off with a few gentle running cycles. Egon Zuggal will explain the beneficial function of the different training phases, which improve body perception, coordination and regeneration. Afterwards you will enjoy a refreshing drink.
