A complete one-week program dedicated to “Remise en Forme,” ideal for those who want to get moving again in a gradual yet effective way.
The program combines gentle and toning workouts, stretching, mobility, and relaxation sessions to restore physical lightness and mental well-being.
Through functional and postural exercises, toning circuits, and total body stretching, it promotes muscle tone, flexibility, and breathing. Targeted sessions for back, neck, and shoulders, combined with mobility and drainage techniques, help regain balance, energy, and vitality.
