About 10 kilometers from Vipiteno is the peaceful town of Racines, a splendid Alpine Pearl, with its three valleys, the Val Ridanna, the Val Racines, and the Val Giovo, which offers a sustainable and quality class holiday dedicated to hiking and mountain climbing.
Continuing north is the municipality of Colle Isarco, a hamlet of the municipality of Brennero, located on the crossroads between the Isarco Valley and the Val di Fleres. Ancient spa and mining town, it is now a renowned tourist resort, also visited by the Norwegian writer Heirich Ibsen.
